About Adrienne

From the moment Adrienne Reed stepped onto a yoga mat, she knew her life would never be the same. Reed's love of yoga began after she left a successful corporate career in the computer industry to have a family. Encouraged by friends to take a yoga class, she quickly found the practice kept her focused and healthy. Passionate about her own practice, she wanted to share the benefits with others and became certified to teach yoga. It didn't take long for Reed's energy, enthusiasm and natural teaching ability to attract a strong following of students.

Reed has been involved in sports and athletics most of her life, including over twelve years as a gymnast. Her background led her yoga teaching to become athletically-focused, and her specialty to help athletes to build strength and improve flexibility. Adrienne has been practicing and teaching yoga for over twelve years, and founded Namasté Yoga Studio near Tampa, Florida in October of 2003.

Adrienne practices and teaches Power and other styles of yoga. Her flow sequences are robust and dynamic, challenging students of all levels. She has a strong athletic student base, including:
